Most kids who struggle simply haven't had the concepts explained in a way that makes sense to them. That's exactly where my expertise shines.
With over 25 years of teaching students in grades 2–10, I combine clear concept explanations with succinct questioning that matches your child’s understanding and gets them to actually think clearly about what the math is doing — not just follow steps blindly. I break every topic into manageable chunks, making sure each concept is understood as we move forward. The result is that students stop guessing and start knowing.

Homeschool Groups
Math is perhaps the most challenging subject to teach well. If you have a group of two to six students at about the same level, let me ensure that they learn what they need in the best possible way.
I can use your curriculum or I can choose one that will work for your group. I can also design a hybrid curriculum that utilizes various best practices to guarantee skill attainment and true understanding.
Please get in touch with me if you are interested in signing up a group. I can also provide daily or weekly pacing and homework so students have work to do between sessions. We can meet as many times per week as you wish!
